I've always had a passion for health and nutrition, as well as

Being a vegetarian with a gluten allergy, as well as growing up with a mom and sister who are lactose intolerant, and a brother who has to sneak in junk food to his room, being adventurous with food is second nature to me. Food, health, nutrition, and all their synonymous words are a great passion of mine. When I'm not doing work, Pure Barre, being with friends, or eating, I'm looking at my subscriptions to all things health and wellness, i.e MindBodyGreen. I thought attending a Hell's Kitchen type cooking camp would enhance my passion for food and while I admit I'm not an expert chef like I thought I'd be, food has continued to be a very important aspect in my life. I’ve been dying to be a part of the Spoon community, composed of foodies just like myself with unique interests and experiences that I can learn from and utilize!
