Apple Nachos

Ingredients:

- 1 Apple

- Peanut butter or almond butter

- Cinnamon

- Honey

- Chocolate chips (optional)

Steps:

1. Use an apple cutter to slice apples or slice them on your own

2. Lay them flat on a plate

3. Drizzle peanut butter or almond butter

4. Sprinkle cinnamon

5. Drizzle honey

6. Add chocolate chips (optional)

Grilled Banana Toast

Ingredients:

- 2 slices of bread

- Peanut butter or almond butter

- 1 banana

- Cinnamon

Steps:

1. Toast slices of bread

2. Cut 1 banana into 4s. Then horizontally slice those pieces in half if you would like thin slices.

3. Coat both sides of the banana slices with cinnamon

4. Cook banana slices on a pan for 1 minute on both sides

5. Smear desired peanut/almond butter on the toast

6. Add the cooked banana to the toast

7. Sprinkle with cinnamon

8. Sandwich them together and cut in half

Oat Pancakes/Waffles

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of rolled oats

- 1 banana

- 1 egg

- A splash of milk

- Cinnamon

- Desired chocolate chips (Click here to see why you may want to use cacao nibs instead of chocolate chips)

Steps:

1. Grease your pan or waffle maker and turn on

2. Pour rolled oats, banana, egg, milk, and cinnamon into a large bowl. Mix until it is combined and is a thick batter consistency. 

3. Add chocolate chips and mix in.

4. Pour batter onto pan or waffle maker and cook until ready.

5. Top with any toppings you like.

Rainbow Cookies

Ingredients:

- Sugar cookie dough

- Red, blue, green, and yellow food coloring

Steps:

1. Separate cookie dough into six chunks

2. Take the first chunk and mix in red food coloring with your hands. Knee the dough until it becomes a bright red color.

3. Take the second chunk and add red and yellow food coloring. Mix until orange. 

4. Take the third chunk and add yellow food coloring. Mix until yellow.

5. Take the fourth chunk and add green food coloring. Mix until green.

6. Take the fifth chunk and add blue food coloring. Mix until blue.

7. Take the sixth chunk and add blue and red food coloring. Mix until purple. 

8. Place all dough in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.

9. Take out red dough and roll into a long thin tube on parchment paper.

10. Take out the orange dough and roll long and flat on parchment paper with a rolling pin.

11. Wrap the orange dough around the red tube fully. 

12. Repeat steps 10 and 11 with the yellow, green, blue, and purple dough.

13. Place the tube in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.

14. Preheat oven according to cookie dough instructions. 

15. Slice the tube of dough into .5in thick slices

16. Slice those circles into halves, creating the rainbow design.

17. Bake according to the cookie dough instructions.

18. Let cool for at least 5 minutes before eating.

Chocolate Peanut/Almond Butter Banana Bites

Ingredients:

- 2 bananas

- Peanut or almond butter

- Chocolate

Steps:

1. Cut bananas into .5inch slices

2. Add peanut/almond butter to slices

3. Sandwich two banana slices together

4. Melt chocolate in a small bowl

5. Dip the banana sandwiches in the chocolate

6. Place in freezer for at least 1 hour
