Once you’ve mastered this recipe, you can easily mix it up: swap corn tortillas for flour, olive oil for coconut oil, and even add a sweet twist by swapping salt for cinnamon sugar.

Air Fryer Tortilla Chips

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 15 minutes

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

8 small corn tortillas

1 tsp olive oil

Pinch of salt

Equipment:

Pizza cutter

Air Fryer

Step 1:

Using your pizza cutter, slice each corn tortilla into 6 equal pieces.

Step 2:

Place your tortilla slices in a bowl, then combine with olive oil and a pinch of salt.

Step 3:

Line your air fryer basket with the tortilla slices, but do not overlap — we want the chips to cook evenly.

Step 4:

Air fry at 370 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes, then give them a quick toss, and air fry for an additional 5 minutes or until tortilla chips are nice and crisp.

Step 5:

Let the tortilla chips cool so they finish crisping up.

Serve and enjoy with salsa, queso, or your toppings of choice.
