Do you ever get bored with having the same breakfast every morning? Sometimes those Cheerios or breakfast bars just get boring and we need something else to pick us up, but don't always have the time. Toast can always be a great option, but it gets boring too if you don't know how to dress it up the right way. Healthy toast recipes are a breakfast go-to for me. I have three fast and easy recipes that will get you out of the door with a delicious breakfast in hand.

Avocado, Egg, & Hot Sauce

This healthy toast recipe is full of health benefits. Smash up your avocado, fry an egg, and throw some hot sauce on your toast. This will give you a little kick to wake you up in the morning. Avocados are full of “good fats,” fiber, and important nutrients. You will not regret this one.

PB & Banana

Another healthy toast option that is my favorite: PB and Banana. Spread your favorite nut butter on your toast and top it off with a banana for a smooth, delicious breakfast that you’re sure to enjoy. Nut butters are a great source of protein, which will keep you fuller longer.

Yogurt & Pomegranate Seeds

When I tell my friends about this one, they give me a very strange look, but once they devour this healthy toast, they can't put it down. Pick your favorite yogurt and spread it on the toast with pomegranate seeds, which add a nice crunch. This is perfect for a day when you are feeling a little under the weather. Pomegranate seeds help boost your immune system, but also help fight bacteria and viruses.
