Los Angeles is known for its trendy health cafes which serve a mass amount of people seeking out new and fun ways to eat their veggies. In the past few years, juices have been a tasty way to incorporate nutrition into one’s diet, and because of its rise in popularity, pressed juices have become a billion dollar industry. If Los Angeles has so many, how do you choose which organic cafe to check out? Kreation Kafe made making that choice much easier.

With a new location right in Westwood Village, this organic cafe has over 19 different spots in southern California. This cafe serves a variety of organic and fresh items. Kreation started in 2007 in Santa Monica originally serving Mediterranean and Persian cuisine. The founder Marjan Sarshar began by pressing juice in her garage and quickly expanded. From acai bowls to avocado toast, Kreation Kafe makes it clear that their food is here to nourish the body.

Jungle Amazebowl

The Jungle Amazebowl has coconut milk, banana, kale, spinach, mango, pineapple, and almond butter in the base and is topped with gluten-free granola, strawberries, banana, bee pollen, and honey. The bowl was the perfect lunch option for a warm LA day. It was both refreshing and filling with the combination of a nutty and fruity flavors. I love ordering smoothies with leafy greens blended in because it is an easy way to sneak in my greens without tasting it.

Paradise Amazebowl

This smoothie bowl is accurately named, it will take you on a tropical paradise vacation without having to leave Westwood. It has coconut milk, pineapple, mango, almond butter, cloud 9 wellness blend, and raw honey. Not only that but it is topped with granola, coconut flakes, and frozen blueberries. With warmer weather coming our way, this bowl is the best way to cool down. Since travel is limited during this time, trust me when I say, this is the best vacation to take during your spring break.

Green #4 Juice

This juice is a refreshing option and is recommended for immune support and bloating. Green juices are known to offer numerous health benefits such as improving digestion, reduced inflammation, and boosted immunity. The juice is made with pineapple, parsley, spinach, cucumber, kale, romaine, dandelion, and mint. It is gluten free, dairy free, raw, nut free, vegan, paleo, and keto friendly! Normally I am not the biggest fan of pressed juices, but this one was just what I needed to start my morning off on the right foot.

Modify Juice

This juice is the perfect way to get a natural and delicious source of energy. It contains green apple, strawberry, and pear, making it naturally sweet and so delicious. As someone who tends to stay away from juices because I am scared they are not sweet enough, this juice is the best one I have ever tried. This juice is full of antioxidants making it perfect for those days where you need a little pick me up, especially with finals coming up!

Carrot Cake and Zucchini Bread

All the breads/cakes at Kreation are gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free to satisfy anyone and everyone with dietary restrictions. We both preferred the carrot cake over the zucchini bread, but both were delicious! They are both made with natural, whole ingredients and are not loaded with sugar like a lot of store-bought or even homemade breads. These breads are the perfect afternoon snack to satisfy your sweet tooth and get your veggies in.

Containing coconut water, raspberry, strawberry, almond butter, chia seeds, banana, raw honey, and berry wellness powder, this smoothie is the ultimate refreshment. It is perfectly sweet and because of the almond butter, it is super filling, making it the perfect snack. The berry wellness powder also packs a punch and is made to boost your energy and longevity.
