With three (soon to be four) very different food trucks at the park, customers can choose from a variety of options for either breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

PlantologyZen Asian Street Eats and Mexi Cocina are the delicious food trucks that are open seven days a week currently serving foodies at this outdoor spot. We will focus on Plantology and Mexi Cocina as they are the two most popular trucks.

Plantology

With a wonderful staff, Plantology issued a welcoming atmosphere where the food truck served delicious plant-based comfort food.

“The goal is to be close to campus and to provide an option for people that are not necessarily looking for vegan food to give it a try,” said Ryan Strandjord (right), one of the co-owners of Plantology.

With their menu consisting of house-made burgers, mac and cheese, and french fries, Plantology tries to open people’s minds to vegan options with these recognizable types of food. So far, Strandjord said that the recent feedback has been fantastic, and more people have been bringing their friends and family to introduce them to the food Plantology offers.

Mexi Cocina is located right next door and serves authentic Mexican dishes. Their menu includes popular Birria tacos, enchiladas, street tacos, and nachos. The Mexican food truck also has typical corn on the cob that is definitely worth the try.

The Park

Midpoint Park & Eatery has numerous chairs and benches underneath shaded areas where guests can talk and eat. Large hammocks surrounding a grassy yard are also available for guests to ‘swing’ out on. With plenty of parking, this place is a unique spot where the entire family can gather and enjoy each other’s company.

The eatery is also a great study spot. If your looking for a new location to hit the books, be sure to grab a table at Midpoint and eat some feel-good food.

On Sundays, Midpoint hosts a Doggie Social & Brunch. Guests are encouraged to bring their furry family members while sipping on bottomless mimosas. All food truck vendors also have a specialty brunch menu on Sundays.
