Why the ~fresh~ menu re-fresh?

Heritage Eats founder and owner Ben Koenig IV spoke of this re-launch as an opportunity to shift to more of a "curated bowls" concept in accordance with input from Stanford community. As their most consistently sold item, the menu now highlights a wider variety of options and allows for customers to order from a dedicated "Bowls" category. Gone bowling for the Baja Shrimp.

New menu, same bo(w)ld flavors.

Along with their vision to feature flavors from around the world, Heritage Eats at Stanford aims to fill the on-campus demand for high quality, unique salad and rice bowls. In addition to being extremely tasty, their bowls are very student-friendly — snag a bite or two between classes or tuck it in your your backpack for later. You can't go wrong with ingredients like tofu, kimchi, quinoa tabbouleh, tzatziki, mango chutney, or all of the above.

Let's taco-bout what else is new.

Never fear, Heritage Eats retains all of their previous items with the exception of the Dutch Crunch roll. In addition to expanding from six to ten curated bowl options, they now offer delicious steak tacos. Taco Tuesday just became Taco Everyday.
