Cooking has perhaps become America's new favorite pastime. With the lack of sports and social lives, many of us are taking to the kitchen for entertainment. While we are all stuck in the confines of our homes, your favorite celebrities have also been busy mixing up their favorite recipes. Sourdough and banana bread might have become quarantine staples, but there is so much more to discover in the kitchen. Check out what these celebrities have been up to and find some inspiration because God knows, we all need it right now. We are all in this together, so why not bake together?

Karlie Kloss

The supermodel and Project Runaway host posted a wholesome throwback on Instagram last week of her baking with her mom (#relatable).  While they might be separated at the moment, Karlie has kept herself and her many followers busy by posting healthy recipes and videos on her story. Check out her recipes for vegan chili and gluten-free mac and cheese!

Chiara Ferragni

The Italian influencer and designer has been a godsend throughout this whole crisis, posting multiple daily Instagram posts with her family in Milan since the start of the coronavirus lockdowns. Her Instagram page is full of Italian inspiration, while it also includes videos of her husband, Italian rapper Fedez, playing concerts on their balcony and snapshots of their adorable two-year-old son playing at home. Her 19 million followers have also helped her raise over four million dollars for Italian hospitals, giving the term “influencer” a whole new meaning. The family’s pizza-making nights are seriously putting our quarantine cooking to shame. Homemade pizza anyone?

Taylor Swift

Not only can Taylor Swift sing, but according to Delicious, she is also quite the baker and her Instagram proves it. The singer’s baking photos, including these cute heart-shaped cereal treats, look as though they could be professional. They definitely put my amateur banana bread to shame. We can only imagine what fabulous cookies she’s crafted up during this quarantine!

Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively

Sources say that the Reynolds and Lively are both avid cooks, often baking goodies and encouraging others to do the same. They were also some of the first celebrities to publicly donate money during the COVID-19 crisis, donating one million to Feeding America and Food Banks Canada. Food is always a necessity, especially in a time of crisis, making their generous act a cause we can all admire. Many other celebrities have followed their example by also donating to food pantries all across America.

Alton Brown

I can only shudder to think what Alton Brown, host of Cut Throat Kitchen and other Food Network shows, would say about my mediocre attempt at spaghetti carbonara, but it looks like the celebrity chef is enjoying a tasty quarantine. Among his recent Instagram posts: a breakfast sweet potato, sardine flatbread, and cookies. His Instagram is also offering tips and insight to everyone as we remain stuck in #quarantinekitchen.  While you envy over Alton Brown's daily meals, check out what other celebrity chefs are up to here!
